For the first time in October 2010 the Duet off Accordion Players from Russia (Yana Fedoruk, Vladimir Popolzin) won the first prise of the competitions «Citta di Castelfidardo» (Italy).

Since 1994 Vladimir Popolzin has made more than 500 live concerts in Germany as a soloist and in different bands.
He has recorded several Albums («Beyond the ocean» is one of them).
As a composer he has written many musical compositions and arrangements for solo- accordion as a jazz instrument.
In 2009 together with Vladimir Popolzin and Yana Fedoruk was written orinal Album (Produced by Popolzin), mostly of autor`s music, composed specially for Duet. They wrote several musical compositions and arrangements for Duet « YAVA band» which are included in the same named album. The album present their unique and soft interpretations of many great songs hits, and consists of duet and solo tracês. Tracks include «Oblivijon»/Piazzolla, «Spain»/Corea, «Besame Mucho»/Velasques, «Caravan»/Tizol, Elington, «Valse for Nicky»/Galliano.
In february 2009 Yana has played in Kremlin in concert with Valery Kovtun and Art Van Dame.
In 2008 -2009 Yana had concerts in Germany with Vladimir Popolzin (Frankfurt am Main, Kronberg, Koenigstein, Bad Soden, Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trarbach, Bad Homburg, Darmstadt).
In 1999 Yana left music school and continued with her studies at the department of national instruments of Kaliningrad Music College. She graduated in accordion at the University of Culture and Arts of St.Petersburg in 2008. During the education she won a lot of international competitions and took part in Festival such as: «Citta di Castelfidardo» (Italy) 2006, " Peter and Paul assembly "(St.Petersburg) 2003, 2005, 2007, "Accoholiday "(Kiev) 2008,2009. In february 2009 Yana has played in Kremlin in concert with Art Van Dame.
